Als Operations Manager (*) am Standort Hilden haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Verantwortung für die Leitung der Produktion und Logistik unter besonderer Beachtung der Betreiberverantwortung.
• Aufbau und Entwicklung einer hoch flexiblen Produktionsorganisation unter Einhaltung der Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften, um Produktqualität, Service und Produktivität sicherzustellen.
• Umsetzung finanzieller Betriebsziele und Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen und Schichtsystemen.
• Leitung des Produktions- und Logistikteams und Durchführung eigenverantwortlich Maßnahmen zur Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung.
• Planung, Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten runden Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab.

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen

Die Qualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrens- oder Produktionstechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.
• Relevante Berufserfahrung inkl. Führungserfahrung im Produktions- und Supply Chain Umfeld.
• Kenntnisse von Lean Production Principles wie 5S, Production Status Sheets & Process Capability sowie den allgemeinen Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Führungskompetenz runden Ihr Profil ab.
