Operations Manager Medical Insourcing

We are seeking a commercially savvy, proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of our administration and business development teams. This pivotal role is key to ensuring the smooth running of our company’s operations, driving efficiency and success, and fostering a collaborative, supportive environment. This is a newly created role with plenty of scope for growth, development and advancement.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for reviewing and optimising processes, ensuring robust systems are in place, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved on a weekly basis. In addition to this, the role is part of the strategic management of the company – looking ahead and helping the Business Development and senior management teams in creating sales strategies, connecting with key client contacts and contributing to the knowledge base of the company.
This position plays a key role in planning workflow and organising schedules, liaising with each business department to ensure communication is excellent and keeping the team informed and working towards a common goal. This role requires an individual with a passion for leadership, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to inspire a team to consistently deliver outstanding results.
The ideal candidate for this role may have knowledge of working in or with the HSE or may have experience in a recruitment agency or similar client focussed business. Management experience is essential for this role along with proven ability and success in an operations or sales team management role. This will ensure you hit the ground running and add value immediately. Knowledge of all standard Microsoft packages is essential and experience with Salesforce would be an advantage.
This Position is Full time onsite, No Remote Working.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: €60,000.00-€90,000.00 per year
