Operations Manager

Your primary role will be to manage the operational processes (Deskera and Sharepoint) for the Company. You will manage a team of project engineers, managers, installers, administrators and designers in the successful execution of projects. You will allocate workloads and continuously measure and monitor the Operations team against their individual KPI’s.
In addition to your primary role, you may attend Site Meetings as required. From time to time you may be required to generate timely and accurate quotations, product proposals, project tender responses and provide sales administrative support for the sales team. You will update intranet database, implement and make recommendations for process and system improvements. It is our expectation that you will coordinate logistics and control Freight, Delivery and Installation costs as well as improve project margins through vendor negotiations and proper site coordination
