Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer with focus on our French market
- You operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience including:
- Documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool
- Taking relevant suppression measurements and steering our field service partners
- Proactive and transparent communication to our customers
- You ensure that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected within the industry legislation and regulatory framework
- You help us to further improve our service quality and our operational excellence
- Contribute to the continuous growth of our eMobility business
