Operations Manager

Paragon Home Healthcare are looking to recruit a dedicated and driven Operations Manager to join our team overseeing the Coordination, Administration, and Recruitment teams. They will ensure a seamless delivery of services to our clients and best practices are implemented efficiently. Reporting into the Operations Director, this role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of quality assurance, staff management, stakeholder engagement, service delivery, business development, IT and administration, and regulatory compliance and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or complex care setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the UK healthcare sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in staff management and development.
• Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in IT systems and administrative processes.
• Knowledge of People Planner, Access Care Planning and Access Care Compliance is a must.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, or a related field (Desirable).
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (Desirable).
