QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a hotel management role or a related field
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management, housekeeping, reservations, and revenue management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in hotel management software such as Opera

Responsibilities:

The Role Reporting directly to the Area General Manager, your day to day responsibilities will include:
To assist the Area General Manager in running Premier Suites as a profit-driven, customer focused, team-oriented business.
To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Premier Suites in the absence of the Area General Manager
To take responsibility for covering the Reception area and the Accommodation department where necessary.
To manage the reservations function on a day-to-day basis
To deal with guest queries and requests, act as an information source; provide details of local places of interest and activities.
To anticipate guests needs in order to enhance service quality and increase customer satisfaction.
To check all tasks delegated to accommodation department and ensure that standards have been met and maintained.
This is a full time permanent position, the nature of the industry means that this role will include a variety of shift and weekend work.
