Description:
RECRUITING AN OPERATIONS MANAGER AT OUR 7-FIGURE AGENCY
We have 80 active clients and are on pace to be at 150+ by Q1 of 2025 and in order to do so, are looking to recruit a KILLER operations manager to dial in our systems and processes
DISCLAIMER: We DO NOT want to work with an agency, a freelancer with 15 clients, or anyone who isnt willing to go ALL IN on working with our team here at Pinpoint Scaling
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in management and leadership roles
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability in profit & loss management
- Experience in business development and process improvement
- Supervising experience with a focus on team collaboration
- Ability to work effectively with sales teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities:
- Building new systems using Google Sheets, Make, Go High Level, & Monday
- Turning ideas into processes
- Creating bootcamps and team SOP’s around specific systems
- Streamlining our KPI tracking and data
- Collaborating with the team on what is needed
- Team payroll
- Driving positive culture and leadership in our team
