JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our temporary accommodation facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and effective delivery of services, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and compliance, and managing the operational team. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, a focus on operational excellence, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is desired.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in the hospitality, property management, or temporary accommodation sector is desired
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to add commercially without affecting service outcome
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Housing regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in using property management systems and other relevant software.
