REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in HVAC and plumbing operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office and industry-specific software.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in the HVAC & Plumbing industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of HVAC and plumbing technicians and support staff for both commercial and residential.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the operations team.
  • Ensure proper training, development, and performance management of team members.
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of technicians for service and commercial projects
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor and optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Implement quality control procedures to maintain service excellence.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Ensure that all operations adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular safety training sessions and inspections to promote a safe work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and make necessary adjustments to operations.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for the operations department.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance against objectives.
