We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operational security governance and subject matter expertise across the Accounts Cluster of sites.
This is a key role in ensuring the CGF (Contract Guard Force) complies with all regulatory requirements for securing the organisation’s physical buildings, assets and personnel.
The Operations Manager ensures that physical security performance is monitored, measured and reported against the client’s standards, in a cycle of continuous improvement. You’ll also help train and develop the CGF, fostering strong client relationships while innovating and implementing new security solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Lead with Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness to safeguard assets and personnel.
• Manage CGF Supervisors and oversee staffing levels, training, and performance.
• Communicate complex security issues to all levels and provide critical decision-making in high-pressure situations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and actively foster a culture of recognition.
• Engage in investigations, disciplinaries, and proactive site management to maintain a high-performing team.
• Engaging with all levels of management and communicating complex technical issues to a range of audiences.
• Out of hours escalation if required.
• The role will be instrumental in the delivery of operational excellence to the entire cluster.
• To assist the Protective Services Branch Manager and Cluster Account Manager in minimising the Direct and Indirect costs of the Branch.
