JOB SUMMARY:

The Security Protection Manager Nordics coordinates security protection efforts mainly within the Nordic region, focusing on the Swedish Security Protection Act. It supports the Managing Director with administrative and operational security protection oversight for the Nordic Region and Head of Operations Nordics with operational expertise. When applicable and requested, be the SME for security protection, including electronic countermeasures, for service delivery functions for a specific field office.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATIONS:

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with at least three years of security operations and business management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the job’s essential functions, as determined by the company.Documented knowledge and experience in all aspects of the Swedish Security Protection Act.Knowledge and experience working with authorities, corporations, and institutions.Pinkerton is an inclusive employer that seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Oversee and coordinate the scheduling of security consultants, part-time employees, and contractors.
  • Ensure all services are conducted in a timely and professional manner and aligned with Pinkerton’s Service Delivery Standards;
  • Assist the Managing Director with ongoing client service calls.
  • Address client questions and concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Communicate employee performance concerns and status updates to the Director.
  • Serve as the point of contact in support of clients’ ongoing projects.
  • Perform various investigative and protective details as assigned by the Managing Director.
  • Assist with general administrative and operational functions.
  • All other duties, as assigned.
