The purpose of the Operations Manager is to manage all operations for SkyCity Hotel, ensuring service delivery is to the highest possible standards whilst maintaining the hotel’s excellent reputation in the market. The Operations Manager is responsible for delivering against all financial, customer service, people, and project delivery targets.
