WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Act as the main interface with key stakeholders across the Mars business, setting clear priorities and objectives for service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance, manage complex issues, and drive a culture of accountability within your team.
• Encourage continuous improvement and lead the deployment of transformational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SHE and GxP regulations and support internal or external audits.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for your business area, managing relationships with key stakeholders.
