Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Operations Manager you will oversee our conveyancing panel operations, driving growth and optimising performance across three revenue channels: Direct to Consumer, New Homes, and Estate Agents. You will develop scalable processes that enhance operational efficiency, foster strong customer relationships, and manage key escalations. Your responsibilities include implementing continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring thorough reporting, and acting on performance insights to support partner and customer engagement.
We are seeking a proactive leader with team management experience who thrives in a dynamic work environment. You will focus on streamlining processes, collaborating with partners, and facilitating the effective adoption of our products and services to enhance service delivery and contribute to business growth. This role emphasises a strategic approach to operational excellence and collaboration across teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key strategic partners to drive mutual success and referral growth.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the escalation point for partnership-related issues, ensuring swift resolution with minimal disruption.
- Performance Delivery: Optimise and highlight partner performance to increase product adoption and improve referral volume.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Insight & Reporting: Own metrics for all channels, analysing and reporting key performance metrics related to referrals, partner engagement, and product integration weekly.
- Operational Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Process Optimisation: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operations and enhance service delivery while collaborating with the Panel Manager. Proactively suggest improvements to optimise efficiency.
- Growth Initiatives: Drive initiatives that align with business goals and ensure effective execution.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with product teams to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews with partners to assess progress, identify challenges, and develop improvement action plans.
- Billing Management: Oversee the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. Liaise with the finance department to resolve any discrepancies and ensure alignment on financial reporting.
