JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. This role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility, managing resources, and supporting a team to ensure all medical procedure rooms are full all the time. Ensuring that supplies are kept full and inventory is ordered daily..

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and financial reporting skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English and strong conversational knowledge of French
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively with vendors.
  • Experience in inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when necessary to meet the needs of the facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the medical facility, including scheduling and managing up to 20 procedure rooms.
  • Order medical and office supplies, negotiate with vendors, and maintain inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Utilize medical system software to manage patient information, scheduling, and other operational needs.
  • Strong financial abilities
  • Communicate effectively in English with staff, patients, and vendors, with some ability to communicate in French being advantageous.
  • Staff support, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and operational excellence.
