Description:

We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role that will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of these critical areas within the hotel.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a senior operations role within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on F&B and/or Rooms.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of motivating and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L for F&B and Rooms desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a guest-centric approach.
- Deep understanding of F&B operations and Rooms , including back-of-house and front-of-house functions.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B and Rooms Division departments, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic team of professionals across F&B and Rooms Division departments fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality service in all F&B and Rooms Division departments.
- Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth through effective cost management, upselling strategies, and operational efficiencies within F&B, Conference, and Banqueting.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency in all F&B offerings and event services, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members, ensuring that skills are continually enhanced and that there is a clear path for career progression.
- Crisis Management: Act decisively and effectively in managing any operational challenges or emergencies that arise, prioritizing the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
