We are a young and growing national pest control business, committed to providing high-quality services to our clients across Australia. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to help drive the smooth day-to-day operations out of our Melbourne office, supporting both our management team and our dedicated team of technicians.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Support the Director: Assist the Director with the day to day operations of the office.
- Technician Management: Oversee and manage the team of technicians on the road, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
- Recruitment Support: Work closely with HR to recruit qualified technicians, from sourcing candidates to assisting with interviews and onboarding.
- Document and Compliance Management: Collaborate with Admin to improve technician documentation processes and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Training & Software Support: Ensure new technicians are properly onboarded, trained, and proficient in using the company’s software systems.
- Tech Support & Queries: Serve as the go-to point of contact for general tech-related queries from both office staff and technicians.
- Technician Relations: Foster strong working relationships with technicians, providing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring morale and productivity.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor technician quality control processes to ensure high standards of service and compliance with company policies.
