OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of all processes within the company.

  Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Work Location: In perso

• Arranging collections and deliveries of palletised groupage across the UK. Planning loading of international trailers departing for Dublin.

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and achieve business goals
• Oversee inventory management and procurement processes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Analyse operational data to identify areas for enhancement
