JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our diverse farm, ensuring optimal productivity, profitability, and sustainability. This role involves managing resources, coordinating activities, and leading a team to achieve operational goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in farm management, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to sustainable farming practices.

Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and livestock management.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all agricultural regulations and industry standards.
- Resource Management:
- Manage farm resources, including equipment, supplies, and labor.
- Monitor and maintain farm equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary inputs.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a team of farm workers.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for farm operations.
