Description:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 5+ years of senior management experience, preferably within a global organization
- Demonstrate experience of managing a key team within sales or a centralized sales function of global business.
- Strong leader of teams and an inspiring people manager who can lead and motivate a high performing team.
- Strong organizational and delegation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to motivate and drive the team.
- Manage the health and safety and welfare of the people.
- Team development, clear leadership and coaching skills are crucial
- Degree educated or experienced
- Bilingual in English and German, Spanish and Romanian is a plus

Responsibilities:
POSITION PURPOSE:
You will be responsible for all operational matters on site and general site day to day site management.
You will take the lead and play a key part in the development and implementation of the site operational strategy.
Leading the site operational team, this will include KPI adherence, value added development of work practices and the ability to solve problems.
You will develop and deliver clear performance indicators for the business.
You will also be heavily involved with projects to deliver improvement activity with a view to sustaining the current business growth
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The management and allocation of site personnel, including the oversight of staff training and associated plant administration, including Payroll, Recruitment and Staff KPI monitoring.
- Monitoring of work productivity, reports on trends, and recommends and implements changes to continually improve work productivity and processes.
- Manages and monitors daily performance of plant employees, directly or within guidance, providing feedback (including growth opportunities) for all team members.
- Performing facility audits and initiating actions to assure timely resolution of identified hazards & improvements.
- Initiates Continuous Improvement Practices in all phases of the operation in order to achieve all production, safety, compliance goals.
- Organizing planned maintenance activities in conjunction with the Maintenance Team, Site Supervisors, and the Engineering Team.
- Ensuring the facility maintains and exceeds standards and operational related functions in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the negotiation Agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Create and manage SLA agreements, ensuring requirements are met.
- Undertake additional duties as instructed to support business needs.
