Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of construction industry experience
- 3+ years of construction sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word
- Proficiency in reading blueprints & specifications
- Knowledge in all types of commercial materials
- Ability to be a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent in time management and ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Pursue and secure new projects with new and current builders
- Maintain strong relationships with builders
- Review and respond to bid invites
- Estimate and quote new jobs
- Oversee work crews at multiple sites
- Communicate regularly with builders during each job
- Attend trade meetings as required on site
- Follow up on all issues until they are satisfactorily resolved
- Assist Owner in day-to-day business management
