eBay is hiring an Operations Manager - Authentication to its facility in Hoppegarten. The right candidate will have experience of running warehouse operations and ideally a keen curiosity about authenticity of high end items. Every strong team needs a strong leader. We are looking for a manager who can strengthen the team and the workflows, has an agile approach and is open to work with multiple categories as well as a good collaborator to our partners and our cross-functional teams in our extraordinary operation.

The team is passionate about ensuring buyer trust, elevating the eBay brand, and improving conversion and sales price for sellers.
Our team’s work is core to eBay’s strategy and a key priority for leadership. In this role, we are looking for an experienced leader in the luxury goods authentication space to run the day-to-day operations of our current and future authentication programs. They will be responsible for all operational activities including SLA reporting and performance monitoring, identifying potential areas of operational improvement, and budget and PO management. They will also partner closely with internal eBay teams including Customer Service, Product, Legal, and our Vertical business teams to continuously drive a better experience for our buyers and sellers.. The ideal candidate will have significant Retail/eCommerce operations experience, ideally in the Luxury authentication space, and have a deep understanding of how to build and maintain effective partner relationships.
