Description:

Operations is the beating heart of the bank. You will be part of the Banking Operations unit within Operation. Banking Operations manage all functions relating to Customer Lifecycle and deposit products and their associated payments some examples include: Term Deposits, Customer Resignations, Customer Onboarding, Telegraphic Transfers and Lending product amendments.
You will help customers resolve enquires via electronic channels and by supporting staff that directly impact the customer experience.
The role will also require an analytical approach to a variety of complex situations that may arise. It will require a collaborative outlook and working across various business units to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
You will be part of the Customer Operations team within Banking Operations.
Your team manage and support Customer lifecycle – Onboarding and Resignations, Term Deposits, Deceased Estate enquiries & Finalisation, FATCA/CRS remediation/obligations and Customers Credit Card profile management.
