Description:
Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our client.
Contract Dates: 8 months with potential to extend
Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities:
- Research and respond to any client inquiries when required
- Filing and opening mail and distribute accordingly
- Scan all mailing in the system
- Date entry to excel format reporting
- Demonstrates sound work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn change and succeed
- Cross train in various teams’ tasks for coverage when required
- Prioritize and manage workload to meet SLA requirements and productivity
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Data Entry – 3 years
- Excel Experience – 3 years
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good understanding of excel
- Accuracy and attention to fine details is imperative, as well as the ability to adapt to a changing environment
