REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or General Engineering.
- Fully bilingual English - Spanish
- Engineering-related internship experience, preferably at Abbott
- Strong academic performance and extracurricular achievement.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity.
- Qualified candidates must be interested in pursuing careers in Operations.
- Ideal candidates will have no more than one year of work experience post-graduation to qualify for the entry-level program.
