Purpose
The Operations Planner and Data Analyst will be called upon to work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate smooth operations and analyze data to improve M1 Composites’ processes and meet contractual deadlines.
He will prepare various reports for the management committee and maintain real-time performance indicators for employees. The Planner/Analyst will ensure interdepartmental cohesion and coordinate the timely and cost-effective repair and manufacturing of parts.
The planner/analyst plays an active role in the continuous improvement of the various production departments. Working in a constantly evolving environment, the Planner/Analyst is recognized as an agent of change within his/her team.
Main responsibilities
Short- and medium-term operations planning (parts, resources, approvals, etc.),
Setting standard times for greater organizational efficiency,
Ensure availability of parts and materials with the procurement department,
Analyze costs and propose solutions to reduce them,
Monitor and analyze hours with a view to measurement and improvement,
Implement, measure, monitor and improve performance indicators,
Create and present periodic reports for various departments,
Coordinate and improve processes.
