Description:

The objective of this role is to identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, scrap, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Actively lead projects and provide individual contributions after key projects have been identified
  • Responsible for the well-being of the project team in the course of the project.Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement and projects within a specified time frame.
  • Management of OPS projects, supporting intra and inter- functional projects
  • Achieve buy-in from all decision makers for the successful application of performance excellence / performance improvement
  • Ensure regular reporting and analysis for local management about the projects (KPI’s)
  • Collects and analyzes data, evaluates the results of the implementation of process managemen
