Join Close Brothers Savings Business Support Team where you will support the delivery of key initiatives relating to operational change, the embedding of improved working practices to enable the delivery of a scalable business and support an evolving customer journey.
The Operations Product Manager will plan, deliver, and ensure in-life optimisation of Operational products and services against agreed Strategy with a focus on writing and prioritising requirements.
A key accountability of this role will be identifying improvements to the customer experience via transformation, process re-engineering, identifying simplification and automation opportunities by using continuous improvement techniques, supporting the future growth and scalability of the business.
Reporting directly to the Treasury & Savings Business Support Manager, this role acts as a catalyst for change across the business, championing significant performance improvements, ideal for an individual looking to build a change career within an agile business with a dynamic and growing digital environment.
Close Brothers Savings is an essential source of funding for Close Brothers Bank (balances c£5b – May 2024). The Bank requires the funding from savings to grow significantly in the future. This role will specialise in operational change and sit alongside key stakeholders; leading/supporting effective project delivery and development of core platform changes across both Retail and Corporate deposits.
CHAMPION IMPROVEMENTS TO CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:
- Work with the Treasury & Savings leadership team and operational teams to identify friction points and implement tactical and strategic solutions that improve the overall customer journey; Leading and supporting the creation, implementation, and measurement of improvement projects and plans
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
- Experience working within Financial Services in particular roles within change and transformation through the change cycle; requirements, design, testing, delivery and training.
- Subject matter expertise in Savings’ products and market insight.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar.
- Experience in Operational Excellence tools and techniques.
- Experience in Tableau or Alteryx
