The Operations Readiness Lead will report to the Business Unit Director. Your main responsibilities include:
- You are responsible for the operation readiness aspects of product transfers, new product introductions, large capital investments and life cycle management (LCM) initiatives. Important KPI’s include safety, quality, on time and on budget.
- You will lead a virtual cross-functional team with representatives of all relevant departments, such as operations, MAM, quality, planning, …
- You will connect with local and global stakeholders and communicate progress on global steering teams.
- You champion continuous improvement, challenging the status quo and leading the development and implementation of initiatives that improve overall performance in a sustainable way.
QUALIFICATIONS
About the candidate:
- You have a master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences or equivalent.
- You have at least 5 years of working experience, preferably in the Chemical/ Pharmaceutical industry.
- You have experience with aseptic/ sterile manufacturing.
- You have experience with leading (virtual) cross-function teams.
- You have strong communication & influencing skills
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and get energy from solving complex issues in team.
- You have a strong quality mindset and compliance orientation.
- You are fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English.
