As the Operations Regional Director responsible for leading our UK, Ireland & Nordics operations regional team, you’ll be managing a team that focuses on execution of regional processes and managing a set of our local depots and their respective teams, overseeing the daily operations in order to drive operational results on availability and quality of the fleet, customer satisfaction over the service provided and operational efficiency, through ensuring high-standards for our operations and effective implementation of central procedural guidelines defined for our operating model. You will be part of the management team of the region and be responsible for the achievement of the targets defined for your region. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, this pivotal role Indie Campers, together with working alongside people from different countries and nationalities.
