Our client is a leading Locksmith company in New York City and its surroundings. They offer installation and service for locksmith services such as Residential and commercial locks, doors, and hardware for commercial customers and residential properties.
They are looking for an Operations Representative / Dispatcher, an organized and detail-oriented person with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
They are looking to provide a safe and steady position, their intention is to hire for the long term.
This position has the potential for growth within the organization.

• First to response to all the incoming phone calls and emails.
• Scheduling appointments for the technicians, and maintain an updated record of performance.
• Sending quotes and following up with the customers on updates.
• Working with suppliers on orders and updating in CRM
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
• Provide an exceptional first impression of our company, product, and mission
