Establishes manufacturing standards such as capacity and consumption standards. Analyzes real-time status of test systems to ensure reliable operation under various operating scenarios. Conducts engineering analysis & develops recommendations to improve/maintain operational efficiency, predictability, and cost performance Reviews costing requests along with the company’s financial analyst and mfg engineer. Performs special studies and assists with the development and/or revision of Operating Policies, Processes, Procedures, and Guides Integrates operations department input into projects through their involvement in the solution to problems and the startup of new systems. Monitors and evaluates plan performance & recommend corrective action. Performs root cause analysis of performance deficiencies. Conducts work measurement studies to come up manufacturing standards. Promotes and adheres to Company’s commitment on corporate social responsibility.
