OPERATIONS & SERVICE COORDINATOR - INTERNATIONAL
Dimension Sport is an innovative leader in the development and B2B sales of specialized Sports and recreation equipment.
Based in Victoria, BC, our team operates a full cycle process of conceptualization and design, through to production, sales, and aftersales service. We are searching for an Operations & Service Coordinator to assist in the management of our international markets.
The successful candidate can expect to become an integral part of the team with the potential to contribute in a number of areas across the business depending on skill set and initiative.
As Operations & Service Coordinator, the role will include, but is not limited to the following:
Key Duties
- Manage and support existing B2B clients and suppliers via email, phone, and in person contact
- Process and coordinate orders, logistics, and service requests
- Oversee and improve operational systems in various international markets
- Assist in end user aftersales service
Secondary Duties
- Identifying new and existing market potential through investigation and industry research
- Accomplish strategies by planning, developing, and implementing promotion and marketing programs
- Develop and maintain online media and marketing content
Key Competencies
- Customer service, sales and marketing experience
- Ability to listen, interpret and reciprocate for effective communication across different parties
- Experience with MS Office and email programs
- Experience with Quickbooks or other similar accounting software
- Personal initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Intuition and adaptability to a diverse working environment
- General sporting knowledge and experience considered an asset
