Description:
SUMMARY:
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of our Philippines Operations Center. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, managing staff, maintaining compliance with local laws and regulations, and driving the site’s performance towards achieving company goals. The Operations Site Director will act as a key liaison with the US Operations team and ensure ongoing efficiency and development of our operations and operations team.
EDUCATION/ CERTIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years’ management experience within a production-focused multi-national organization
- Proven experience leading and managing large teams (400+) in a client environment
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
- May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements
COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES
- Proven experience leading and developing staff at varying levels and supporting an office in a global environment.
- Strong focus on risk management and compliance considerations
- Excellent and proven judgment associated with decision making
- Proven experience driving improved customer / vendor experience. Strong customer service background.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving experience and acumen. Building a strong culture of innovation and agility to adjust as business needs require.
- Focus on professionalism with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products and strong computer acumen to learn and apply to new technology as required.
