With a vast network of data centers, cloud pods, and IT experts, we are always seeking positive people to help propel our business forward… TierPoint is seeking a skilled Operations Specialist II to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience providing customer service in general receptionist/administrative duties. In this role you will have the opportunity to act as a point of contact for clients and assist with coordinating meetings both internally within different departments and with external clients. As well as monitoring security cameras. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, independently with minimal direction while escalating urgent issues appropriately to senior staff. An understanding of your role as it relates to the functioning of day-to-day operations will also be critical.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with assigned projects to support Sales, Marketing, Operations, Security and Compliance.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients; coordinates meetings between different departments internally as well as external meetings via web conference, conference call or in person.
- Scheduling and calendar management for several employees.
- Produce reports, minutes, and presentations.
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Assist with site budget by creating new Purchase Requests
- Receive and organize purchases and deliveries.
- Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience particularly in the data center industry
