Description:
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Creation and deployment of strategies that shape our global operating model.
- Creation of standard operational procedures that are integral part of the training of our central and local teams.
- Analyzing operational data, creating insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and refine models that create the basis for decision-making
- Contribute to the design of operational processes, policies, and procedures that are executed at the regional and local levels, ensuring they meet the company’s operational targets.
- Implement and coordinate strategic projects, tracking their progress and ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and monitor performance to track adherence.
- Collaborate with Regional Teams: Work closely with regional directors and local teams to adapt and apply central strategies to specific regional contexts, ensuring successful implementation and execution.
Responsibilities:
As the Operations Strategy Analyst you will be part of a central team that focuses on the development of strategies related to design of a high-performance global operating model and implementation of the processes, policies and procedures that bring those strategies into reality to drive operational results on availability and quality of the fleet, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You will be involved in multiple projects related with the development of core capabilities in these areas, such as capacity planning, dimensioning and scheduling, to real estate dimensioning and design, documentation and training of operational standards.
Reporting directly to the Operations Strategy Director, this role is of extreme importance to the organization and will require deep integration with other central teams and regional and local operating structures.
