THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the Branch. We are looking for an individual who will take pride in the Branch and will work to build the business and operate it in a safe and efficient manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience supervising employees required
- Experience working with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Safety Oriented
- Must have a valid license and abstract in good standing
- Experience with sales an asset
- JDE experience an asset but training will be provided

Responsibilities:
- Supervision of staff including hiring, performance management & salary recommendations
- Ensures the facility and its employees are complying with all safety procedures set by the company
- Fuel Inventory control for the facility
- Customer service – ensuring our customers get the best possible service at all times
- Site Maintenance – working with contractors when required
- Store stock control – ensuring inventory levels are kept at an appropriate level
- Office Administration – completing reports as required by head office
- Month end close procedures
- Oversee process of accepting payments and cash handling
- All other duties as required
