Responsibilities:
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS WILL BE:-
- Ensuring professional and timely responses to all customer queries
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ground handlers, airlines and agents
- Delivering on the job training to ensure the team are fully conversant with all airline systems and requirements
- Acting as the first escalation point for any issues when required
- Monitoring daily/ weekly tasks to ensure accurate and on time completion
- Managing closely the EDI bond to make sure physical cargo matches the system and that cargo is processed in a timely manner
- Driving the team for all flight files to be accurate and fully compliant
- Working closely with the warehouse supervisor for all cargo to be handled on time and accurately
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:-

We have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Supervisor to join our Operations Team in Edinburgh. As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating a team of Office Agents to ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered, whilst ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies, airline system requirements and in-house processes
- Starting salary of up to £34,467.56 per annum including shift allowance
- Working Pattern of 4 on 3 off, 9:30 am to 7:30 pm and working one weekend day
