Responsibilities:
REPORTING TO THE LIFECYCLE MANAGER UKI/DACHIT THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Actioning customer requests within our respective SLA’s for both internal & external customers, whilst delivering a high level of customer service.
This role is for a UK based worker and can be worked on a hybrid model (2 days/week in our Stratford, London office) or remotely within the UK if not commutable distance to our office location.
YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE
- Service contract management for hardware/software products
- Contract creation, amendment, cancellation
- Customer detail amendments
- Change of name/address, change of billing details
- Asset management
- Maintaining the accuracy of our assets in our core systems during the customer lifecycle
- Account validation
- Reviewing and validating all new customer account creation requests
- Recurring revenue
- Management of all recurring revenue in our core systems
- Contracted Service Revenue (CSR) Order Creation
- CSR Order Amendment
- Customer Liaison
