Description:

A 12-months contract assigned to our client
Work Location: To be confirmed (during the interview)
Salary Range : $3,000-$3,500
Primary Skills:
1. L1 Support Officer to provide initial support to end users and onboarding of new users.
Technical Proficiency
1. Understanding of IT systems and how to configure a no code platform. Problem Solving
2. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
3. This includes identifying root cause and implementing solutions while adhering to SLA.
Communication Skills
1. Work with users to resolve their tickets, documenting the incident and proving updates.
2. Secondary Skills: Knowledgeable in ITIL Service Operation Framework.
3. Power Bi Experience in performing application and system testing
