SUMMARY

The Channel Execution team partners with Channel Enablement and cross-functional teams across Bell Mobility, Virgin Plus, and Bell Residential Services to ensure and support seamless execution in our retail stores.

The National Retail Execution team seeks a passionate, organized, analytical Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Your primary role will be to analyze promotional/pricing changes, the competitive landscape, sales performance drivers, and the effectiveness of channel programs. This role is dynamic and will evolve with the changing needs of our business.

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree an asset
  • Experience working in telco store
  • Wireless Telco experience and bilingualism are assets
  • Customer-focused: Keep the experience of our customers, their buying experience, and the front-line rep at the forefront of decisions
  • Excellent Communication: Building strong partnerships at all management levels (written and verbal)
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (Pivot table), PowerPoint (Building report).
  • Self-starter: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Meeting deadlines and continuously seeking improvement
  • Analytical: Data-driven problem-solving; identifying trends and summarizing recommendations
