Description:

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College education or work experience equivalent accepted.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a deadline-driven work environment.
  • Demonstrated excellent proficiency in Microsoft365 Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer Experience (CX) Research or Mystery Shop Industry experience preferred.

MINIMUM COMPETENCY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highly organized, with a history of prioritization.
  • Exceptional ability to manage time and priorities effectively according to deadlines; demonstrated success in delivering results in a tight timeline.

Responsibilities:

OPERATIONS SUPPORT COORDINATOR, GLOBAL ROLE WITH FLEXIBLE TIMEZONES - FOR A BUDAPEST BASED UNIVERSITY STUDENT.

  • this role can be ideal for someone doing their business masters, having already 1-2 years of work experience and fluency in English.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Support in organizing responses from the different offices, ensuring adherence to established deadlines.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of global initiatives.
  • Assist in the confirmation of process adherence.
  • Assist the Global Operations Director in daily operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate and track progress on global projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information and support project execution.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for meetings, ensuring all materials are accurate and well-organized.
  • Research industry trends, operational efficiencies, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain organized records and databases related to global operations, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting related to global initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Participate in Global Ops calls and trainings.
  • Join and contribute to team meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
