Based at our 64 acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, we are looking for a Operations Support Coordinator. This role will involve operating as part of a team, to ensure that operational performance is maintained in accordance with the Machine Shop KPI’s.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate production data is captured and recorded electronically.
- Monitor KPI’s and present data to the production team.
- Book breakdowns on the maintenance management system, when required.
- Ensure all holidays are booked correctly and time sheets are updated on the payroll system.
- Arrange medicals and appointments online.
- Ensure that the department’s training matrix is up to date and all colleagues are 100% compliant to all Health & Safety critical training.
- Ensure Time and Attendance is monitored and recorded correctly, highlighting any issues to shift managers.
- Approve labour and asset hours daily and provide data to the Finance department.
- Manage holiday requests, ensuring business needs are met.
- Conduct machine audits to ensure the quality management system is being followed.
