Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the OSC, you will be the key coordinator for the operations inputs and outputs of major projects overseen by the COO. This high-trust position requires exceptional project management skills, extensive knowledge of systems development, and a proactive approach to innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project and Activities Support:
- Report on project progress
- Collaborate with service managers and external suppliers
- Maintain project support
Operations and PA Support:
- Provide essential operational and personal assistant support to the COO.
Advisory:
- Offer valuable information and advice on relevant developments, risks, and technological advances.
Health and Safety:
- Uphold personal health and safety integrity.
Quality Assurance:
- Process Service Improvement Forms (SIF) and ensure thorough reporting.
