Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Our operation in Stwomarket is looking for an Operations Support Manager where you will oversee warehouse activities including, inventory operations, contract administration and client financial requirements.
This role will see you working Monday to Friday role, 40 hours a week.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Contract Manager, you will lead a team responsible for stock and warehouse administration. Your will ensure accurate cycle counts and value-added services and drive stock placement strategies to maximize efficiency and ensure meticulous record-keeping for annual audits.
You will build and maintain excellent relationship with the client ensuring we meet and exceed their expectations. You will also create management information reports and lead initiatives to improve warehouse systems continuously as well as maintaining up-to-date work instructions and addressing customer queries with sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues.
You will also liaise with site help desks to resolve issues per service agreements, driving stock placement strategies to maximise efficiency, and ensure meticulous record-keeping for annual audits.
