    Kudos is a well established Facilities Management company working within the Healthcare Sector to deliver a high-quality Facilities Management service to its client, and is currently looking for an Operational Support Manager to join the team in Warrington on a full-time basis.
    The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the Hard FM industry , ideally within a PFI / Healthcare arena, hold or be working towards a professional membership, such as IWFM or similar.
    An understanding complex Payment Mechanisms incorporating Service Failure Points & Deductions & completion of IOSH or NEBOSH training would be desirable although can be provided in employment if required.

Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for assisting the National Operations Manager and the wider Operations team in delivering maximum value and excellent customer service to Kudos & its client, across a portfolio of 35 NHS buildings across the North West & London areas.
You will be responsible for development and execution of plans to deliver objectives, KPIs, Continuous Improvement Indicators and any other indicators as required to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will support the Contract team and National Operations Manager in aligning supply chain to contractual SLA’s, attending supplier review meetings as required, and manage any commercial risk posed by the supply chain.
A key responsibility of this role will be to develop and deliver accurate, timely suites of reporting, always ensuring adherence to contractual obligations with the Contract & Helpdesk teams & working with the CAFM Manager to optimise the automation of reporting.
