Core Responsibilities Executive Leadership Support:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to CEO, managing communications and calendars
  • Facilitate Board governance through meeting coordination, documentation, and communication management
  • Plan and execute meetings, committee sessions, and organizational events
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners

HR Operations Support:

  • Drive talent acquisition through recruitment coordination and new hire integration
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in employee documentation and record-keeping
  • Serve as a resource for policy interpretation and procedural guidance
  • Facilitate professional development programs and tracking
  • Contribute to employee engagement and recognition initiatives
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
  • Navigate sensitive personnel matters with discretion

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma required; higher education preferred
  • 5+ years administrative experience including 1+ year in HR
  • Exceptional discretion with confidential information
  • Superior organizational and priority management abilities
  • Demonstrated success in multi-tasking and deadline management
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication capabilities
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexibility for occasional evening meetings
  • Independent problem-solving capabilities
  • Attention to detail
