Position Title
Operations Support Specialist- Bilingual
Salary: $ 70,000 Annually

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business management is preferred.
7 years in related positions.
Experience in working with or within a non- profit organization
Qualifications:
Strong project management skills
Customer service orientation
Communication skills
Technical skills
Decision making
Problem solving
Leadership
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Medical Statement of good health (required every two (2) years throughout employment)
Skills:
Bilingual
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50lbs
Frequent kneeling, bending, reaching overhead.
Display effective inter-personal and management skills.
Displays sensitivity and responsiveness to culture differences and unique needs of the service population, specifically immigrant, refugee, asylee.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in monitoring all program action from multiple departments for operations, reporting, and compliance.
  • Work closely with program staff to verify program and participant day-to day activities.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance in database to adhere to Federal, State, and local regulations.
  • Adhere to operations timelines to ensure that documents and data are entered on a timely basis.
  • Assist Operation Manager in hiring, performance, and other employee relations tasks.
  • Support the program in remaining compliant with participant and program data as outlined.
  • Assist in community networking and events to support program and Operation Manager.
  • Assist in gathering data and creating weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to complete strategic, special or team projects.
  • Independently work on multiple tasks effectively in support of program operations.
  • Attend meetings and relevant trainings.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
