Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE
As part of the candidate’s role and responsibilities they will support the business in further enhancing, developing and proving first class training on our business intelligence tools across the region. Participate in the planning, development, design, engineering, integration and testing of our airport operational systems, both existing and new start up locations. As part of our operational digitalisation strategy work with the regional support functions and airline customers in going digital by removing paperwork flight files but also improving internally how we capture all additional revenue services. Project managing the PDA replacement & integration programme and explore possibilities of using AI to continuously improve, drive efficiencies in engagement standards during aircraft turnarounds.
The Operations System Analyst will work in close collaboration with the European IT & Operational teams in the rollout, training, upskilling, integration and continuous development of RSMS, MARs, KRONOS, Read & Sign and Telematics. The successful candidate will be required to effectively manage and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Provide regional support in the accuracy and integration of our data analytics through business intelligence
- Become our SME and project lead when integrating operational system
- Manage and deliver our European digital strategy with our key airline partners and airport authorities
- Oversee the PDA Replacement & Integration Programme, including but not limited to the implementation of MDM solutions, 3rd party supplier management, procurement and lifecycle management.
- Look at new IT and digital innovative means to drive continuous improvement (for example AI)
- Work in close collaboration with the European IT & Operational Teams, providing support on RSMS, MARs, M-RSMS, KRONOS, Read & Sign.
