ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity to join our operations team, working as a Team Assistant providing support to the operations leadership team and their Executive Assistants. If you love working in a fast paced environment you will love this role, no two days are the same and the work is always varied. The role involves providing confidential and efficient support to ensure that the team are set up for success – this can include everything from administration support (preparing documents and presentations) through to travel research and bookings, calendar management and event support.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administration or team/personal assistant role, with the ability to be discrete and manage confidential information
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in effective project management tools and process improvement methods
- Great attention to detail and an ability to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to go “above and beyond” to deliver great experiences for your stakeholders.
- Proactive problem solver with solution focused outlook, and an ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently and from a place of curiosity.
- A demonstrated positive/friendly attitude with a strong desire to get things done
